These two young male giraffes were at the end of a long line of giraffes that were traveling across the Serengeti. The rest of the group moved on but they began to exhibit a behavior called "necking". When young male giraffes want to test each other they stand side by side and circling each other they slam their horns into each other's necks or backs. It looks very peaceful and graceful, but it is fighting all the same.
